What is the AidCall Carephone and Pendant Alarm System?
The AidCall 24/7 system consists of a Carephone base station and a wearable waterproof pendant. The system connects you directly to our 24 hour emergency response centre.
We also have the AidCall Outdoor Pendant, a wearable device for use when you are away from your home, so that in an emergency, you can call for help and we will be able to locate you and send assistance.
How does it work?
STEP 1
In an emergency a simple push of the button either on the Carephone or on the waterproof transmitter will alert our Emergency Response Call Centre.
STEP 2
A trained call centre operator will be able to communicate with the client through a powerful speaker and sensitive microphone.
