"There for you when no-one else can be,
there for them when you can't be"
AidCall 24/7 Team
Hi, my name is Werner and I have been working for Aidcall 24/7 for over 5 years now.
Over the years I have had the privilege to spend many one on one sessions with our members in the field and have learnt what is important to them.
At Aidcall 24/7, we strive not only to be readily available to assist during a medical emergency but to be there for our members in any situation no matter how big or small it might seem. I have personally been involved in many Emergency situations and enjoy knowing that we make a difference in people’s lives daily. I love my job and can’t see myself doing anything different ever again

Hi, I am Nadine and I have been working for AidCall 24/7 for over 4 years now.
During this time, I have come to realise that I am the only contact that our clients have daily and they have become more than just a voice, they have become like family.
My day starts off with me not knowing what to expect but when that first call or emergency comes in I realise what my purpose is, and that is to fill the gap that the family members cannot.
To me AidCall 24/7 means being the caring voice on the other side 24/7
Hi, I am Marc and I have been working for AidCall 24/7 for over 2 years now.
In this time, I have learned to treat each person as if I were speaking to my own family, meaning my own parents or grandparents. Always thinking “how would I like someone else to treat my family in a similar situation” Respect, Care and Understanding.
Every time the button is pressed, it is like a family member is calling me. Whether it is an Emergency or just a friendly conversation.
Hi, I am Antel and I have been working for AidCall 24/7 for over 4 years now.
I really enjoy my job and the fact that I can help someone in the event of an emergency or just someone that is alone makes me feel “I am making a difference”.
In this time I have learned to have more patience, empathy and sympathy with the people I deal with on a daily basis.
We are also a great team and working with each other helps make the shift even more enjoyable.

Hi, I am Adrian and I have been working for AidCall 24/7 for over 5 years now.
In this time, I have found that I am fulfilling my purpose in life being a protector and guardian to those in need and in most cases being their only lifeline, Often being the line between life and death.
I have through the years saved countless lives and do not see this as a service or a job but as a calling.
